Or: Steve extracts, Tony builds, Clint runs point, Natasha’s a master of impersonation, Bruce concocts, Thor’s a tourist, and things happen.

I gave my first ever commencement speech to the graduating class of 2012 at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia.

I think I told them everything important that I knew about going out into the world and being an artist, so I may never need to give another one.

VALHALLA (1986)

I’ve been meaning to blog about this for a while - this danish animation from 1986 is, alongside with Watership Down, one of the animations from my childhood that had a really big impact on me. The animation is based on comic books (of which I have sadly read only one volume, so I can’t say much about them), and the comic books in turn are based on several stories from Norse mythology. The animation is good, the soundtrack is good, the characters are brilliant - go and see it! You can find the whole movie in YouTube with subtitles.

Also, I assume most of my followers are here because of Thor and Loki - these two are the main characters/main supporting characters in this animation. Obviously not as brothers since this is not a Marvel film but I really, really, really like this adaptation of their characters (AND their relationship), so JUST GO SEE IT ALREADY OK. and after you’ve seen it tell me what you think.
